Copy Center FAQs

Question: How do I send in my file?

Answer: You can upload your file to our website, you can bring it in on a flash drive or bring in a hard copy. We strongly suggest bringing it in digitally or uploading it for better quality.

Question: Are copy prices the same as prints prices?

Answer: Yes!

Question: Is there a minimum quantity to get the 19 cent price?

Anwser: No. The price is the same for 1 as it is for 100.

Question: Could there be other charges?

Anwser: Yes. We offer a variety of paper upgrades ranging from 2 cents to 10 cents per letter sheet. Also for files that have edge to edge toner, we reserve the right to assess a fill charge of up to 10 cents per print.

Question: Can I get better pricing than what is shown here?

Answer: Yes. If your business has a copier under service contract with us, we take an additional 10% o your total bill!

Question: How can you charge so little when others charge up to three times this much?

Answer: Freestate is an authorized dealer for Kyocera. Kyocera offers low cost of ownership on all their business equipment. Since we are also an authorized service center, we service our own equipment. This combination allows us to operate at a much lower cost than your typical copy center.

Question: What other services do you offer?

Answer: For our copy center, we also offer business cards; 2 part forms, postcards and binding. In addition to our copy center, our main business is selling office equipment. We sell reliable equipment with low cost of ownership. As an added benefit to Freestate’s customers we also offer low cost, high quality business grade office furniture.

Question: Do you deliver?

Answer: Yes, we deliver! We offer free delivery to customers in Germantown and Gaithersburg for orders totaling more than $ 20. For the rest of Montgomery County, we offer free delivery for orders over $ 50. Anyone who has a copier under contract with us will receive free deliveries with no minimum order.
